We mustn't move away from the issues of how we can lead healthy, fulfilling and long lives, and how we can die without suffering. Buddhism teaches the wisdom that enables us to do this.     Sensei on Health and Illness   Sickness and death are unavoidable in life. To experience illness is not itself misfortune, but to be defeated by illness is misfortune.
